What are design concepts?

Design concepts are the first step in the design process. We’ll take your creative brief and come up with concepts, or an initial direction for your design.

Once your concepts are ready, we’ll ask you to give us feedback so we can continue to refine the design.

Just remember – if you choose a package with more concepts, that means you’ll get more upfront variety.

 

How do revisions work?

We offer 3 revisions with every single one of our projects, big or small.

 

If you decide you need more time or more revisions, we have options available to fit all of your needs.

 

Do I get a dedicated project manager?

Yes.

All of our design projects here at BYDXGN include a dedicated project manager, a real-live human based in the US who is your single point of contact for any question, big or small.

 

 

How long until I get my designs?

10 days, but sooner if you opt-in to our rush delivery service.

 

Who owns the copyright for my final design?

You do. Simple as that.

 

In what formats will I receive my files?

We want you to be able to actually use your designs, so we’ll give you your design files in everything you need, including…

Raw Vector (EPS) & (AI)
PNG (Transparent Background)
JPG
PDF
Sizes for Facebook and Twitter
Font name/s and primary color codes
